Pre-Litigation

Pre-litigation involves the investigation and potential resolution of a legal dispute between parties and occurs prior to any official claim being filed  with the court.

The process begins before extensive discovery takes place.  Pre-litigation services may include trying to mediate or settle outstanding issues.  Services may also take the form of a pre-trial hearing with testimony and exhibits.

Benefits of choosing Pre-litigation can be twofold. Not only are expensive discovery and court costs avoided, but the claim issue and settlement details remain private. Settlements agreed upon in Pre-litigation are not a matter of public record.
